Substance Use Disorder Services in Seattle

Our Services

The Matt Talbot Center is a Washington state licensed intensive outpatient substance use disorder recovery program that is broken up into three four-month phases (although some members take longer than a year to complete the program). We welcome adults age 18 and up in the Greater Seattle Area who are committed to becoming clean and sober to join our program free of charge.

Individualized counseling

Our dedicated, empathetic team of clinical professionals provides holistic counseling services tailored to each member's unique needs.

Mental health care

We partner with state licensed provider CReW to provide our members with specialized mental health care services that complement their work in our program.

Safe housing

We connect program members to long-term transitional housing and safe, sober term-unlimited housing through community partnerships with housing providers.

Career support

We work with community parters including local businesses to offer training and job placement support to MTC graduates and members in later phases of the program.

Group sessions, hot meals, and enrichment activities

In addition to daily clinical programming, we offer group sessions, hot meals, cultural and recreational outings, and enrichment activities like yoga and art.
